So as a matchmaker, how would you say one finds compatibility in someone else?

I think it’s good to start with having a shared value system. A similar sense of humor is really important. 

Do you think people who have different politics or religious differences could be compatible?

I think politics are much more decisive than religion right now. A lot of Trump people will date liberal people, but liberal people don’t want to date Trump people because it seems like a violation of women’s rights. 

Have you found your perfect soulmate? 

I am for the first time in my life single. 

What does being single feel like in New York?

It’s very strange. And I can’t date my clients either so I don’t know what I’m going to do. 

Are you looking?

I’m taking a little time for some self-care before I settle.
